  • CONFINDUSTRIA CHOOSES EURORICAMBI AS EXAMPLE OF COMPANY BEST PRACTICE

    Euroricambi_1 Yesterday, in the Euroricambi, Showroom, took place a day of discussions with the political institutions.
    Confindustria Emilia-Romagna had an idea: calling together in a Factory the Parliamentaries coming from Emilia-Romagna and discuss the ways to boost industry and occupation.
    The aims of the meeting arranged in Bologna by Confindustria Emilia-Romagna were fostering the dialogue about the real needs of enterprises and the connection between policy decisions, investments, growth and employment. Euroricambi_1 Several Parliamentaries and all the leaders of the region Industrial Associations attended the event, which was preceded by a visit of Euroricambi factories in Valsamoggia (Bologna), led by its President Pierluigi Taddei. Euroricambi is a pocket-sized and family-owned multinational, world leader in the production of gears for gearboxes and differentials, both for trucks, buses and earthmoving machines based in Valsamoggia, near Bologna, with 800 group employees, a turnover of 160 millions and 97% of exports.
    «I believe that this meeting with Emilia-Romagna Parliamentaries has been an important opportunity for discussion and we strongly hope that they had the chance to get to know the Euroricambi system» – said Euroricambi President, Mr Pierluigi Taddei.
    From 2008 on, Emilia-Romagna has embarked a path that has led it to be the Italian region with the highest growth rate, the highest per capita export and employment levels well above the national average, in line with some of the most developed European areas. Emilia-Romagna has become one of the sides of the new industrial triangle that links Veneto and Lombardia and has one of its fundamental axes in the Via Emilia.
